Hot runner manifold Troubleshooting

Plastic mold hot runner technology as a major change in plastic market, it is widely used in market. Hot runner mold is complexity, so the user will meet many problems; Anole hot runner lists the following details. They are common fault diagnosis.
1 hot runner manifold temperature instability:
Reason: poor contact of thermocouple. User should check the thermocouple and correction.
2 hot runner temperature rising is too slow:
Cause: one of the heating wire turn off or too loose, the air gap space of manifold is not enough, excessive cooling of insulation gasket and thermocouples connected
Touch is so bad will cause this problem.
Solution: Check all the heating elements, and increase air gap space(at least10mm), or add insulation board, add in the fixed mold mounting plate or the lower insulating plate fixed mold fixing plate to cool, check whether the thermocouple is good or not.
3 hot runner manifold material leakage:
Hot runner systems material leakage will flow the material to manifold board slot, this is the most vexing problem, which will cause mold damage and disabling. Most material leakage phenomenon occurs in hot runner manifold and nozzle combination place.
4 hot runner cannot reach set temperature:
Cause: The thermocouple poor contact or invalid, heating wire circuit, the heating wire wiring is too loose or too short.
Solution: check thermocouple contact, wiring connection if is correct and check the heating wire loop.
