Before operating hot runner mold,be sure to check all the institutions,systems and devices,including hot runner systems.
The first is that whether complete mold cycle action can be implemented or not.
Without inject plastic and mold temperature conditions,check the mold openging ,mold closing and the action of ejection and reset of demoulding mechanism
Then, check the mold cooling system connection.Check the electric circuit of the hot runner system connection.If hot runner system had an "on/off" switch nozzle, check hydraulic or compressed air duct connection.
The new nozzle, under the conditions of no plastic melt, check the active state of piston and dowel pin.

Hot runner mold operation, pay attention to the following points.
(1) the hot runner system cannot open or remove under high temperature and high pressure.Otherwise it will damage the leak sealing, high temperature melting could hurt the conductor.

(2) the heat-sensitive materials such as PBT, PET and POM, must establish the nozzle cortex adiabatic storehouse.Can use thermal stability (PA66) injection plastic filling, establish a stable adiabatic cortex.
(3) in the first 15 min injection operation, should be keeping a close eye on all round runner plate, if there is a plastic melt leakage.

Related phenomenon: under the preset the correct injection quantity, injection pressure suddenly drops;
A products can't fill fully;
The space around the runner plate with hot air outside.
