 ANOLE has the strong hot runner RND team and hot runner design technicians, due to the continues hot runner RND, ANOLE gained the strong hot runner design and manufacturing capacity. Anole constantly keep innovate and research highly sophisticated products,improve the core competency. Currently Anole have 20 Senior R & D Engineer,30 designer.Through hard work,we achieved fruitful results and the products are extensively applicated into automotive,home appliance,daily use,medicine, plastic mould and other industries successfully. Anole sequence-controlled Valve gate hot runner system,through preliminary mold-flow analysis to determine the flow solution,and then enter into material treatment,calculation of thermal expansion,the fit of movement space to ensure 1M shots.Thus it is with high precision,long mould life,high hardness,good gate seal and other advantages.

Anole researched and developed hot runner system dedicated to small sprayer cap,which is small size,heating fast,changing color quickly,suitable for muti-cavities cap mould and medical products moulds.(applicated to 48,72,96 cavities). Recently Anole dedicated to research and develop hot runner system for 144 cavities preform and cap,and also the hot runner system for the gas assisted injection.We believe Anole will keep improving and bring new break through in the hot runner system technology.
