HRS valve needle special processing

Valve gating hot runner needle special function support good operation in the mould hot runner. Why there is need to make special processing for the valve needle?

Usually we called it Titanium coating processing. Lets analysis the advantage for this processing.

1.That will make the valve needle with small friction coefficient, small friction resistance to wear small, its good for the long time using.

2. Not easy affinity for meal steel, That means when inject the plastic parts, can resist to sticky, prevent the scraps, that will improve the scratch phenomenon, enhance the plastic surface quality.

3. thermal insulation, that will make the mould better thermal insulation.

4.Prevent the valve needle corrosion.

5.Better for sealing material.

And so on outstanding.

So when you make the mould testing, if you find the valve needle height higher than the mould cavity level, please do not make it flat by change the valve needle top surface, that will wear the Titanium coating surface. If you must do, please change the bottom surface. That would not effect the valve needle using.
