and for bumper mould hot runner .the outside surface is the most important aspect that the customer care about.so basiclly,995 of the customer chose valve gate for thebumper mould.and as usually the hot manifold for the bumper mould is very big.thus.the price for abumper mould hot runner system can cost hundreds and thusands US dollar.

 

In my years' experience of bumper injection technology.I have contact many customers complained about the defects on bumper  mould hot runner  and the price for it.

like this kind of front bumper.at the beginning,our customer required to use 4 valve gate injection points for this bumper mould .and after our mold-flow  we found out 4 points is not enough for full injection of this bumper injection mould.and the best solution is 6 points and it can already obtain the best performance of the bumper.and we use 6points of valve nozzle.
