1 Thermoelectric shown in meter is smaller than actual value of thermoelectric
2 Thermoelectric shown in meter is greater than actual value of thermoelectric
3 Instability output of thermoelectric
4 Big error between thermocouple and thermoelectric
The reasons and treatment methods:
The common faults and handings of thermocouple 1:
Reason: thermoelectric short-circuiting, thermocouple don’t match with the meter,outside interference.
Treatment: find out the reasons ,keep dry or change the insulator ,use a matched facility, get rid of the interference.
The common faults and handings of thermocouple 2:
Reason: thermocouple don’t match with the meter,DC disturb the signal.
Treatment: use a matched facility,get rid of the interferential signal.
The common faults and handings of thermocouple 3:
Reason: poor contact,installation of thermocouple installed loosely.
Treatment: screw up the screw of terminal,tighten up the thermocouple.

Reason: thermode is broken,the installation position of thermocouple is not reasonable,heavy accumulation of dirt on surface of protection tube.
Treatment: change the thermode,change the installation position of thermocouple,clear away dirt on the face.
