1、Check the hot runner wire and protective sleeve on schedule, see if the installation is safe. Make sure there's no broken, no preburning about the wire and protective sleeve, replace or mend them once discovered
2、Look over the hot runner nozzle and hot runner manifold, if they are out of shape, inform the suppliers and ask them to deal with it.
3、Check whether the hot runner nozzle and hot runner manifold have rusted, whether the waterway have broken, replace them if in that case.
4、If there are a long period for us needn't use the hot runner mould after the hot runner mould started using, the work rust proofing and rust removing is critical for future re-operation. The hot runner mould must be kept clean and painted by rust preventer.
5、The hot runner must be handled carefully when handling, avoid rolling-over and trundle.
6、When the hot runner broken, technicians are allowed to make check and maintenance only. Non technical staff couldn't mend it unless under the supervision of technicians.Customers should realize the importance of hot runner maintenance. Hot runner must be taken apart from the injection mould once broken, it is a troublesome matter and will cause a particular loss. hot runner maintenance should be carried out in daily time.
